Human judgment remains essential.

All decisions made by users remain solely the responsibility of those users.

This includes:

• trading decisions;

• commercial decisions;
• operational decisions.

Users assume all risks associated with their actions.

Assetsiva assumes no responsibility for decisions made by users.

Users agree to use Assetsiva responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with these Terms.

Users acknowledge that Assetsiva is intended to support understanding, research, and analysis.

Users shall not use the platform in a manner that:

• violates applicable law;
• violates securities laws;
• violates market abuse regulations;
• violates insider trading regulations;
• violates confidentiality obligations;
• violates contractual obligations;
• violates intellectual property rights;
• infringes the rights of any third party.

Users remain solely responsible for their own conduct.

Assetsiva is not intended to distribute, publish, communicate, or facilitate the use of material non-public information.

Users agree that they shall not:

• upload material non-public information;
• submit insider information;
• distribute confidential corporate information;
• use Assetsiva to facilitate insider trading;
• use Assetsiva to violate securities laws.

Users remain solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable securities regulations.

Assetsiva assumes no responsibility for information provided by users.

Users shall not:

• misuse the platform;
• interfere with platform operations;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• attack platform infrastructure;
• probe platform security;
• bypass access controls;
• use bots to abuse the platform;
• overload platform systems;
• disrupt other users;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• submit false information;
• use Assetsiva for unlawful purposes.

Assetsiva reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited conduct.

Users shall not:

• scrape;
• harvest;
• download in bulk;
• extract datasets;
• systematically collect content;
• build databases from Assetsiva outputs;
• replicate Assetsiva content repositories.

Automated extraction of information is strictly prohibited without written authorization.

Users shall not:

• reverse engineer;
• decompile;
• disassemble;
• inspect protected systems;
• attempt to discover proprietary methodologies;
• attempt to discover internal models;
• attempt to discover scoring frameworks;
• attempt to discover analytical systems;
• attempt to discover intelligence architecture.

The internal operation of Assetsiva remains proprietary.

Users acknowledge that Assetsiva contains proprietary intelligence systems.

Users shall not attempt to:

• recreate Assetsiva outputs;
• replicate Assetsiva methodologies;
• train competing systems using Assetsiva outputs;
• build derivative intelligence products from Assetsiva outputs;
• use Assetsiva content to train machine learning systems;
• use Assetsiva outputs to train large language models;
• use Assetsiva outputs to develop competing products.

Such activity is expressly prohibited.

Assetsiva retains all rights, title, and interest in:

• software;
• platform architecture;
• designs;
• branding;
• logos;
• research;
• briefings;
• worldviews;
• conviction systems;
• narrative frameworks;
• opportunity frameworks;
• risk frameworks;
• causal intelligence frameworks;
• proprietary methodologies;
• AI outputs;
• analytical systems;
• content;
• documentation.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to users.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Assetsiva grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the platform.

This license may be revoked at any time.

Users acquire no ownership interest in the platform.

Users may not:

• redistribute Assetsiva content;
• republish Assetsiva content;
• sell Assetsiva content;
• sublicense Assetsiva content;
• reproduce Assetsiva content commercially;
• create derivative commercial works from Assetsiva content;

without written authorization.

Limited internal use is permitted.

Commercial redistribution is prohibited.

Users may submit information, feedback, requests, messages, and other content.

Users represent and warrant that:

• they possess the rights necessary to submit such content;
• the content does not violate law;
• the content does not infringe third-party rights.

Assetsiva may remove user content at its discretion.

Users may provide:

• suggestions;
• ideas;
• comments;
• recommendations;
• feedback.

Users acknowledge that Assetsiva may use such feedback without compensation.

Feedback may be incorporated into future products, services, or features.

Users retain ownership of information they voluntarily provide.

However, Assetsiva may process such information as necessary to:

• provide services;
• maintain security;
• improve platform functionality;
• comply with legal obligations.

Data processing remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

Assetsiva may:

• restrict access;
• suspend access;
• limit access;
• revoke access;
• modify access levels;
• refuse access requests;

at its sole discretion.

Access to Assetsiva is a privilege, not a right.

Users acknowledge that certain portions of Assetsiva may remain under development.

Features may:

• change;
• evolve;
• disappear;
• be modified;
• be replaced;

without notice.

Users accept the risks associated with beta software.

Assetsiva may modify:

• features;
• interfaces;
• content;
• methodologies;
• intelligence systems;
• research outputs;
• scoring systems;
• analytical frameworks;

at any time.

Assetsiva is under no obligation to preserve specific functionality.

THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, CONTENT, RESEARCH, BRIEFINGS, WORLDVIEWS, OPPORTUNITY ASSESSMENTS, RISK ASSESSMENTS, CONVICTION SCORES, CAUSAL INTELLIGENCE OUTPUTS, NARRATIVE ANALYSIS, REPORTS, SOFTWARE, DATA, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSETSIVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• TITLE
• ACCURACY

• ERROR-FREE OPERATION

ASSETSIVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THESIS WILL PROVE ACCURATE
• CONVICTION SCORES WILL BE RELIABLE

NO SYSTEM CAN GUARANTEE FUTURE OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASSETSIVA, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, DATA PROVIDERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM
• RELIANCE ON PLATFORM OUTPUTS
• ERRORS IN CONTENT
• ERRORS IN AI OUTPUTS
• THIRD-PARTY DATA
• SECURITY INCIDENTS
• PLATFORM DOWNTIME

EVEN IF ASSETSIVA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ASSETSIVA FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO ASSETSIVA DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM;

OR

(B) ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD $100).

USERS EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH:

• MAKING DECISIONS BASED ON PLATFORM INFORMATION

• USING AI-GENERATED CONTENT

THE USER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM THEIR DECISIONS.

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS ASSETSIVA, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, EXPENSES, AND REASONABLE LEGAL FEES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM
• YOUR VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS
• YOUR VIOLATION OF LAW
• YOUR RELIANCE ON PLATFORM OUTPUTS
• YOUR INVESTMENT DECISIONS
• YOUR BUSINESS DECISIONS
• YOUR USER CONTENT
• YOUR MISUSE OF THE PLATFORM
• CLAIMS BROUGHT BY THIRD PARTIES ARISING FROM YOUR ACTIVITIES

ASSETSIVA MAY SUSPEND, RESTRICT, OR TERMINATE ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE, FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING:

• VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS
• SECURITY RISKS
• SUSPECTED FRAUD
• ABUSIVE CONDUCT
• REGULATORY CONCERNS
• OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• PLATFORM PROTECTION

TERMINATION DOES NOT RELIEVE USERS OF OBLIGATIONS INCURRED PRIOR TO TERMINATION.

Questions or disputes concerning these Terms should first be raised with Assetsiva through legal@assetsiva.ai so the parties can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

Formal governing-law, jurisdiction, venue, arbitration, or class-action provisions may be added only after Assetsiva's operating legal entity and legal framework are finalized and reviewed.

ASSETSIVA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURES OR DELAYS CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING:

• NATURAL DISASTERS
• WAR
• CIVIL UNREST
• CYBERATTACKS
• INTERNET OUTAGES
• GOVERNMENT ACTIONS
• POWER FAILURES
• THIRD-PARTY SERVICE FAILURES
• CLOUD PROVIDER OUTAGES

IF ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS IS FOUND TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL, OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINING PROVISIONS SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.

THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE THE ENTIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE USER AND ASSETSIVA REGARDING THE PLATFORM AND SUPERSEDE ALL PRIOR AGREEMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR UNDERSTANDINGS.

ASSETSIVA MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME.

UPDATED TERMS SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE UPON PUBLICATION OR UPON NOTICE AS DETERMINED BY ASSETSIVA.

CONTINUED USE OF THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF UPDATED TERMS.

Users acknowledge and agree that Assetsiva is intended solely as a supplemental intelligence, research, educational, and informational platform.

Users shall not rely exclusively upon Assetsiva, its content, research, briefings, worldviews, opportunities, risks, conviction scores, causal intelligence outputs, narrative analysis, reports, or any other platform output when making financial, investment, commercial, legal, tax, business, strategic, or operational decisions.

Assetsiva is one source of information among many.

Independent analysis, independent judgment, and where appropriate, consultation with qualified professionals remain essential.

Assetsiva shall not be liable for decisions made in reliance upon platform outputs.

Information may become outdated without notice.

Past outputs may not reflect current views.

Users acknowledge that Assetsiva is under no obligation to maintain historical consistency between past and future outputs.

Assetsiva may rely upon information obtained from:

• public sources
• market data providers
• news providers
• research providers
• APIs
• data vendors
• exchanges
• external contributors
• third-party platforms

Assetsiva does not control such sources.

Assetsiva makes no representation or warranty regarding the:

• accuracy
• completeness
• timeliness
• availability
• reliability

of third-party information.

Errors originating from third-party sources may appear within platform outputs.

Users acknowledge and accept this risk.

Assetsiva may operate portions of the platform in alpha, beta, testing, preview, experimental, or developmental stages.

Users acknowledge that:

• features may change
• methodologies may change
• outputs may change
• scoring systems may change
• worldviews may change
• opportunities may change
• risks may change
• interfaces may change
• functionality may disappear

without notice.

Users accept the risks associated with developmental software.

Assetsiva may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, redesign, remove, or materially alter any feature, service, methodology, model, intelligence output, scoring framework, report, briefing, worldview, narrative analysis, opportunity framework, risk framework, or platform functionality at any time.

Assetsiva assumes no obligation to maintain any specific feature, methodology, output, or functionality.

Users acknowledge that Assetsiva's methodologies, analytical frameworks, reasoning systems, scoring systems, narrative frameworks, conviction systems, causal intelligence frameworks, opportunity mapping frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and intelligence processes constitute proprietary confidential information and valuable intellectual property.

Users shall not attempt to:

• discover
• replicate
• reconstruct
• extract
• model
• reproduce
• imitate

such methodologies.

Users may not use any Assetsiva content, outputs, reports, briefings, worldviews, opportunity assessments, risk assessments, conviction scores, causal intelligence outputs, research materials, or other platform content to:

• train artificial intelligence systems
• train machine learning systems
• train large language models
• fine-tune models
• benchmark models
• evaluate models
• improve models
• create competing systems
• create derivative analytical products

without prior written authorization.

Users represent and warrant that they are not prohibited from accessing or using the platform under any applicable sanctions, export control laws, trade restrictions, embargoes, or similar regulations.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with laws applicable to their jurisdiction.

Any claim, dispute, cause of action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to the platform, its content, outputs, services, or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the event giving rise to such claim.

Any claim brought after such period shall be permanently barred to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Assetsiva does not currently process payments. No payment provider is active, no checkout is available, and no subscription can be purchased, renewed, or charged.

Plans and prices published on the platform are provided for transparency and do not constitute an active offer capable of acceptance while payments are inactive.

If paid access becomes available, the following apply:

• no amount may be charged without the account holder's explicit authorization at checkout, showing the amount, currency, billing interval, and payment provider before confirmation;
• a subscription continues for the interval purchased and renews at the disclosed price until cancelled;
• cancellation stops future renewals and does not shorten access already paid for;
• a downgrade takes effect at the end of the interval already paid for;
• failure of a renewal payment may end paid access, and Assetsiva does not thereby assert a continuing debt;
• any applicable transaction tax is shown before confirmation;
• a receipt is issued for each successful charge by whichever party is the seller of record for that transaction;
• plans, feature allocations, and prices may change, and a change does not apply retroactively to an interval already paid for.

Assetsiva makes no promise of a refund and publishes no guaranteed refund window. Refund requests are considered individually.

Nothing in this section limits, excludes, or waives any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund right that applies to the account holder under mandatory consumer law. Those rights apply regardless of these Terms.

The identity of any payment provider, and whether that provider acts as payment processor or as seller of record, will be disclosed in the Billing Policy before any charge is possible. The Billing Policy forms part of these Terms.

Access to paid features is contingent on the corresponding payment being authorized and not reversed. Where a charge is reversed or disputed, paid access may be suspended while the matter is resolved.

The following provisions shall survive termination, expiration, suspension, discontinuation of access, or closure of any account:
