Privacy

Privacy is a matter of respect.

Foundation

Trust requires restraint.

Assetsiva was created because we believe understanding has become one of the most valuable resources in the modern world.

But understanding should never come at the expense of trust.

The same principles that guide our approach to markets guide our approach to privacy: respect information, respect context, and respect the people behind the data.

Users should understand what information is collected, why it is collected, how it may be used, and what control they retain.

This notice applies to the Assetsiva website and platform. Assetsiva provides market intelligence and decision context. It does not provide personalized investment advice, it does not act as a broker or dealer, it does not issue trading signals, and it does not guarantee outcomes.

Entity

Who is responsible for this notice

Assetsiva is operated by Assetsiva LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Assetsiva LLC is responsible for the information described in this notice.

  • Assetsiva LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States
  • privacy@assetsiva.ai

Philosophy

We do not believe in collecting information simply because it can be collected.

Many digital platforms are designed around accumulation: collect everything, store everything, analyze everything.

Assetsiva was not built around that philosophy.

Information should be collected only when there is a legitimate reason to collect it.

Every piece of information carries responsibility. The larger the responsibility, the greater the obligation to act carefully.

Privacy begins with restraint.

Collection

What we may collect

Assetsiva may collect information that users voluntarily provide or that is needed to operate the platform.

This may include:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Organization
  • Professional role
  • Account information
  • Authentication information needed to sign you in and keep you signed in
  • Communications with Assetsiva
  • Platform usage information
  • Workspace content you create in the product, such as saved watchlists, saved preferences, and research you run
  • Operational and network metadata generated when your device connects to the service
  • Support or access requests

The objective is not to maximize collection.

The objective is to provide a secure, useful, and controlled-access platform.

Assetsiva does not collect:

  • Card numbers or card security codes
  • Billing addresses, because billing is not active
  • Precise device geolocation
  • Advertising or marketing profiles
  • Special or sensitive categories of personal information
Purpose

Why information may be used

Information may be used to:

  • Provide platform access
  • Create, authenticate, and administer accounts
  • Manage early access participation
  • Improve platform functionality
  • Respond to support requests
  • Send administrative and service notices about your account or the platform
  • Protect platform integrity
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents, misuse, or fraud
  • Maintain security
  • Communicate important platform updates
  • Understand product usage at an operational level
  • Meet obligations under applicable law

The purpose of collection should always be connected to a legitimate operational need.

Where a purpose depends on your permission, that purpose is pursued only if you give that permission, and you may withdraw it.

Legal Bases

Legal bases, where applicable law requires one

Some privacy laws require a stated legal basis for processing. Where such a law applies to you, Assetsiva relies on the basis that fits the purpose:

  • Performance of a contract, to deliver the service you asked for and to administer your account
  • Legitimate interests, to operate, secure, and improve the platform in a proportionate way
  • Compliance with legal obligations
  • Permission you have given, where a purpose depends on it, which you may withdraw at any time

Assetsiva does not assert which regional law applies to any particular user. That depends on your circumstances.

What We Reject

Privacy should not be intentionally confusing.

We do not believe users should be forced to exchange excessive personal information for access to intelligence.

We do not believe privacy language should be designed to confuse people.

We do not believe trust can be earned through legal complexity.

We believe transparency creates trust.

We believe restraint creates trust.

We believe respect creates trust.

Sharing

When information may be shared

Assetsiva does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for advertising purposes.

Information may be handled by categories of service providers that help operate the platform:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Authentication and account management providers
  • Communication and email delivery providers
  • Product analytics providers
  • Providers that supply market data or automated analysis used by the platform

Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of the platform and its users.

If Assetsiva is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Assetsiva does not share information with advertising networks, retargeting services, social networks, affiliate programs, fulfillment services, or sales and marketing tools.

Payments

Payment and billing information

Assetsiva does not currently process payments. No payment provider is active, no checkout exists, and no card, bank, or billing details are collected today.

Assetsiva does not store full card numbers or card security codes, and will not do so if payments are enabled in the future. Card data would be handled by the payment provider, not by Assetsiva.

If billing becomes available, Assetsiva would receive only limited billing metadata:

  • Plan and billing interval
  • Subscription status and current period end
  • Payment outcome (succeeded, failed, refunded)
  • A provider-issued reference used to reconcile the account
  • Country or region for tax determination

That metadata would be used to grant the correct access, to answer billing questions, and to meet accounting and tax obligations — not for advertising or profiling.

Engaging a payment provider means personal data necessary to complete a payment would flow to that provider, which would process it under its own privacy terms. The identity of the provider and its role will be disclosed before any charge is possible. No such provider is engaged today.

The current payment state and the terms that would apply are set out in the Billing Policy.

Browser Storage

What is stored in your browser

Assetsiva uses ordinary browser storage to keep the product working while you use it.

  • Your signed-in session is kept by the managed authentication system in browser localStorage.
  • Workspace preferences, such as display settings you choose, are kept in localStorage.
  • Recently viewed Explain symbols may be kept locally for convenience.
  • sessionStorage may hold temporary navigation or session state for the current browser tab.

This information stays in your browser and can be cleared through your browser.

Assetsiva does not use advertising or targeting cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, social media plugins, or retargeting technologies.

Analytics

Page and session analytics

On the deployed site, page and session analytics use a short-lived session identifier.

This supports operating the product and understanding how it performs. It is operational, not an attempt to build a profile of you.

Automated Processing

Artificial intelligence and automated analysis

Assetsiva uses artificial intelligence and other automated methods to organize, compare, and explain market information. This processing produces market intelligence and decision context.

Automated output is not personalized investment advice, is not a trading signal, and carries no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or outcome. Judgment remains with the person reading it.

Assetsiva does not use automated processing to make legally significant decisions about you.

Location of Processing

International processing

Assetsiva operates as an online service. Information may be processed in, or accessible from, a country other than the one you are located in.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for such processing, Assetsiva takes the steps that law requires.

Retention

How long information is kept

Information is kept for as long as there is a purpose for keeping it. That period depends on the category of information, the reason it was collected, and whether keeping it remains necessary for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

When a purpose ends, information is deleted, anonymized, or isolated from active use where that is appropriate and technically feasible.

Assetsiva does not apply a single blanket retention period to all information.

Protection

Data protection

Assetsiva applies reasonable technical and operational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or loss.

Security and privacy are closely connected.

Neither can exist without the other.

No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and Assetsiva does not claim absolute security.

As the platform evolves, both security and privacy practices will continue to evolve as well.

Minors

The platform is intended for adults

Assetsiva is intended for adults and is not directed to children. Accounts are not offered to individuals under 18 years of age.

Assetsiva does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If you believe a minor has provided information to Assetsiva, write to privacy@assetsiva.ai. Assetsiva will review the report and take the steps that are appropriate and lawful in the circumstances.

User Control

Your information

Users may request:

  • Access to information
  • Correction of information
  • Clarification regarding information usage
  • Removal of information where appropriate
  • Restriction of certain processing, where applicable
  • Objection to certain processing, where applicable
  • A portable copy of information you provided, where applicable
  • Withdrawal of permission previously given, where a purpose depended on it
  • The ability to complain to a supervisory authority, where one has jurisdiction

These rights are conditional. Whether a particular right applies depends on the law that applies to you and on the information in question.

Requests are handled manually by email. There is no self-service privacy screen in the product, and no request results in automatic deletion. To protect your information, Assetsiva needs to be reasonably satisfied that a request comes from you: send the request from the email address registered to your account, or provide other information sufficient to verify your identity.

Requests can be sent to:

Regional Rights

Rights that depend on where you are

Some jurisdictions grant additional rights. Where such a law applies to you, Assetsiva honours it.

United States, where a state privacy law applies to you:

  • Rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, subject to the exceptions in that law
  • No discrimination for exercising a privacy right
  • The ability to use an authorized agent, where the law permits it
  • Verification of your identity before a request is fulfilled
  • The ability to appeal a decision, where the law provides for an appeal

Assetsiva does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Other regions:

  • Canada, where Canadian privacy legislation applies, including access and correction rights and the ability to raise a concern with the applicable commissioner
  • Australia, where the Australian Privacy Principles apply, including access and correction rights and the ability to complain to the applicable regulator
  • New Zealand, where New Zealand privacy legislation applies, including access and correction rights and the ability to complain to the applicable commissioner
  • South Africa, where South African privacy legislation applies, including access, correction, and objection rights and the ability to complain to the applicable regulator
  • European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, where those frameworks apply, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and the ability to complain to the applicable supervisory authority

Listing a framework is not a statement that it applies to you or to Assetsiva in your case.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track setting. There is no uniform technical standard for recognizing or acting on that signal.

Assetsiva does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. Assetsiva does not operate advertising tracking, so the setting has no advertising effect here. If a standard is adopted, this notice will be updated.

Updates

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated as the platform evolves. When an update is published, the revised notice replaces the previous version on this page.

Where a change is material, Assetsiva may provide additional notice through the platform or by email.

Privacy is an ongoing responsibility.

Privacy is not a document.

It is not a checkbox.

It is not a legal exercise.

It is an ongoing responsibility.

The objective is simple:

Treat information with the same care and respect that we would expect for our own.

That principle will continue to guide Assetsiva as the platform grows.
